C-HAWQ maintains a network of general contractors informed about coastal infrastructure projects, public-private partnership opportunities, and municipal procurement activity across Florida. This portal provides registered members with access to project meeting notes, stakeholder updates, and procurement notifications.

Membership is free. Registration requires a valid Florida contractor license and a company email address.
About this portal

C-HAWQ works directly with coastal Florida municipalities to develop water quality and habitat restoration projects. Where appropriate, these projects advance toward public-private partnership structures or formal municipal procurement. This portal keeps registered contractors informed throughout that process.

We maintain this network as part of our commitment to fair access — ensuring qualified GCs are aware of opportunities at the same time, and that procurement, when it occurs, is competitive and transparent.

C-HAWQ does not charge contractors for network membership, accept referral fees, or participate in contractor selection. All project procurement is conducted through the appropriate municipal or agency process.

Meeting notes shared through this portal are drawn from public meetings and commission hearings — reviewed prior to posting for consistency with our nonprofit disclosure obligations under Florida law.

The GC Network is open to licensed Florida general contractors. Registration requires a valid Florida contractor license number (CGC, CUC, or equivalent) and a verifiable company email address. C-HAWQ reserves the right to verify credentials and decline registrations that do not meet eligibility requirements.
